Foghorn Fishing Charters runs out of Victoria's Inner Harbour aboard our 25 ft. Wellcraft, \u201cFoghorn.\u201d With a cuddy cabin and onboard washroom, she meets and exceeds Coast Guard standards, and is Transport Canada inspected and certified.
