Gordon Martin has been running charters out of Victoria and Sooke for over two decades, long enough to know which banks fish on a dropping tide and which reefs to leave alone on a flood.

Victoria holds the mildest climate in Canada, which means a fishing season that doesn't really end. Whatever the month, there's a trip worth making.
